Delivery time to the United States 2-10 business days, Worldwide 8-15 business days. Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order. After processing your order you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

You can track your order at anytime here at tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing support@doradogems.com

We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any piece. We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. After 7 days we give you a credit for the price of the piece minus the shipping costs. See our full exchange policy here.

We are based in the United States. We handcraft our Dorado Gems in Florida. Another part of our team is in Kentucky.

About our gems

The health and safety of our customers and employees is paramount to everything we do. As such, all of our offices and factories are being cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.

All of our employees have been following Covid-19 protocols while handling the jewelry. Each piece of jewelry is carefully cleaned, disinfected, and polished before it is packed and shipped.

We craft each piece with purpose and intention in order to elevate each look with our gems.

Every Gem is created with confidence and precision, allowing them to be passed down for generations.

Shipping & Tracking

Business is up and running as usual here at Dorado Gems. As for now, and until further updates, all orders should arrive on time as mentioned on the estimated delivery date.

We are tracking all parcels and are in touch with all the courier companies to make sure all is running smoothly.

We offer Free shipping to all locations. 

However, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dorado Gems is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Payments

Yes, The payments are processed by the Shopify platform that has a standardized and very efficient set of security measures to prevent fraud (PCI DSS). Always, all the payments processes through our platform have standardized and very efficient sets of security measures in place to prevent fraud.

Dorado Gems charges your card for the full amount when your order is processed.

Orders

We all change our minds and if you decide you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us and we will gladly assist you. Email tosupport@doradogems.com with your name and order number.

Due to the fact that each item is uniquely made for our customers and to the fact that we start production straight away, please let us know up to 2 hours after placing your order that you want to cancel it. After this time frame, a 30% restocking fee may be charged.

The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately cancel your order. You will have to follow Refund & Warranty Policy

Please email support@doradogems.com with your name and order number. We will try to change the order before it ships. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this as we start to process your order immediately for shipment and it may take a day or two for customer service to review your request.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately change your order. You will have to follow the Return Policy below.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

Your order was never actually placed and processed.

You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your email for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email or call our customer service department support@doradogems.com

Returns & Exchange

If your order has shipped and you want to return it, please make the request to our Return & Exchange Portal .
